    Hi

I havent got the grades which i wanted so my firm and insurance offer are still conditional but i know i wont meet the requirements. I have rang other colleges unis and i got a offer from a college. i got another offer which i will be confirmed get once i tell them my clearing number. Should i ask my uni to consider me for the course or tell them to release me so i can apply for the courses which i have an offer through clearing. Im not that bothered about the uni choice currenty as i have other offers. Im wondering would it be better for me or should i go straight to clearing as my offer may expire or be given away.

I'd say wait until your firm and insurance offers are made then decide what you want to do.

Ring up both and ask what the score is. Conditional means they may not have all your modules through, so check. Good luck!

I'd second the above - wait for the firm/insurance choices first. Clearing courses do go fast but they should still be here today at least.

Well, I would wait and even if you are not accepted try to contact them and ask if it still would be possible. Maybe they will agree. Sometimes the grades are not everything because enthusiasm and other things also caunts. Moreover, if it is not a very popular couse thay might have still places available for you even with lower results.

Remember: the required amounts of UCAS points advertised by the course is not always the lowest score with which the students are accepted to it.
