Hi, so I got me results today and am very disappointed with them, I have PassMer for Btec and Ee for a level. How every insurance choice still have me on conditional offer so I do not know what to do. Also are there universities that would accept those grades?

If your Insurance still says Conditional, give them a phone call. It means they're still considering you despite your results.

Universities will make decision on application through clearing, so I wouldn't worry, if your insurance choice decides not to offer you a place you can always apply through clearing for other courses. Also some universities offer foundation courses that lead onto the bachelor degrees. (In my uni -Glyndwr University - alot of people I know on my course did foundation degree first then moved on to bachelor when they didn't meet the standard points) So I wouldn't panic too much because there are always options!

Ok so I called back my first firm choice Oxford Brookes University through clearing and I was offered a foundation year which would lead onto my course choice.

do you think it is worth it calling other universities? and see if they would accept my grades for a computer science course instead of a foundation year first? also my insurance choice also said they may still offer me something but i think they are just holding my place if they do not fill their slots.
