    My exam board is WJEC and I got 279 which is a C, do you know what I needed to get a B?

    Is this a UMS score? If so, 280/400 UMS (70%) would be a grade B, so you're right on the borderline. A remark might be worth considering.

    I also did Film Studies A2 with WJEC and got 274, which is apparently a C. Does anyone know the grade boundaries for FM4? thanks

    Are you looking for UMS -> grade conversions, or raw mark -> UMS?
