    Hi all,

I got my AS results today! and got:

    History ~A
    Politics ~A
    R.S ~B (4 marks off an A)
    D.T ~A

I want to study Politics and International Relations (PIR) at a uni with AAB or ABB

I have the decision to drop R.S or D.T. If I do D.T i will get an A at A level but R.S is more respected, more relevant to PIR and I enjoy it more.

Any advice would be most welcome!

    Thanks Will

Since you weren't far off an A at all in R.S. it comes down to what you enjoy more and what would be better suited to your uni course of choice. So, I'd stick with R.S. and drop D.T. :yep:

    D.T.

I think R.S. would complement Politics & IR more (essay subject), and D.T. may be more effort than it's worth at A2 level as it's not that relevant to P & IR, if you enjoy R.S. more.

Well done on your results though, they were really close to AAAA which will help your university applications
