I really want to do Financial Economics but my firm changed my offer even though they accepted me.

What are the chances of ringing Leicester up and asking if they can give me a place?

I initially applied to Leicester but declined the offer in place of my firm and insurance.

After speaking to my firm they wont put me into Economics there.

Is there any point trying to get into Leicester?

There's no harm in trying, call up and sell yourself, prove to them that economics is the future you want to have and that you can do well at the uni. Good luck!

Leicester seem to have already put the entry requirements for their clearing vacancies at the lowest level they'll consider, so I doubt it unfortunately. If they want BBB in clearing they probably wanted ABB/AAB to begin with.

Could you please clarify whether you have met your firm or insurance offers and what Track says?
On the issue of Leicester, the only way to go there is through Clearing or Adustment. You only qualify for the latter if you've exceeded the offers you received. With Clearing, you need to check to see what courses Leicester has available. Financial Economics is a very popular area, so I wouldn't bank on it. But you can always give them a call anyway. It can't hurt.

I have received unconditional offers from my Firm and Insurance, but my firm changed my course away from economics, and my insurance is essex and i dont really wanna go there now..

I heard Leicester was largely undersubscribed last year, and all their economics subjects have clearing placements currently.

If you don't want to accept your changed course offer from the firm or your Essex offer, your only choice is Clearing.
Feel free to ring up Leicester and ask them if they'd be willing to take you this year for Clearing. But definitely don't give up your current places unless Leicester responds favourably.

(PS: Sorry for the delay. I was away for a lunch break)
