Hi everyone, I rang Lancaster Uni up this morning and gave them my info & grades. They then said that I had a place at the uni on the law, and that they would e-mail me about it.

However, 3+ hours has now passed, and I have nothing from Lancaster in my e-mail. Should I be worried? I have considered ringing them back, but I don't want to clog up the lines for other people, and it might sound a bit desperate also...

    Any advice is much appreciated,
    Jak

You can if you wish, although there's no formal or binding agreement on your place at Clearing even if they email you. It all becomes official when you put your clearing choice on UCAS when clearing opens at 5pm today

Clearing can take a while. A lot of paper work has to be done, and they are very busy at this time.

You can ring them up if your concerned (as naturally anyone would be), but it most probably has gone through.
