I got a D in my AS Media exam (1 mark off a C :/) Does this put me in a bad position to achieve a good grade IF I carry this onto A2?

If it's only one mark off a C I would assume that you could achieve a good grade with hard work and dedication.

Is media what you want to go into? If it is I would definitely carry it onto an A2. If you don't get the result you want a lot of courses may accept you based on your genuine interest and a desire to learn in that area.

That depends on how hard you're willing to work! It's still possible for you to get a B overall if you work your socks off, and maybe an A if you retake the AS exam next year, when you know more

Okay thank you and nah I hoping to go into business but I do have an interest in the practical side of my media studies course.

Ahh right suppose I will try and get an A in the coursework to help boost my grade. I probably wont retake the exam as it means waiting till May next year.
