Hi, I will be dropping one of my AS subjects but i don't know which to drop out of two. My results are ABBB with an A in sociology, B in maths, B in econ and B in business studies.

i wanted to drop sociology since a find it really boring, however its the subject i did best in and I was wondering whether or not i should drop business studies instead since many unis don't like the economics and business combo.

    What do you guys think?

It depends on which subject you wish to study at university. Go and have a look at their course pages and then decide. No point shooting yourself in the foot by dropping a subject you might then need!

After that, drop the one you enjoy the least! A2 is a lot harder, so you need to be comfortable and enthusiastic about the subjects you are studying

Well done on those grades though! :yep:

business studies isnt required for any course, even business related ones, so dropping it wont actually affect any of your choices as some other people may say.

and as you say yourself, a lot of places dont like an application with both business studies and economics.

good luck with whatever you do though

I would drop Business Studies. It's quite similar to Economics anyway. Maths, Eco & Soc sounds goods
