Economics at LSE

I was just wondering if someone could tell me the differences between 'Economics with Economic History' and 'Economics and Economic History'.

The entry requirements are very different A*AA and AAB respectively, indicating major differences between the courses, is this the case?

Usually, "and" means the course is 50-50, where as "with" means that the course is 75-25 (i.e. 75% economics, 25% economic history).
