I'm going to carry on my AS Geography to A2 level because I've got a good shot at getting an A*, I'm then dropping my other three AS subjects (Physics, Biology + Chemistry) and picking up English Literature, History and Classics. I was wondering if anyone has done these subjects together (or similar ones) and if so, was it hard to handle the amount of work? Will it be a substantial amount of essay writing or will it be manageable if I keep myself organised?
Will it be hard to handle these subjects? Watch

I'm not sure about classics, but those subjects will have a lot of essay writing yes. Personally, I take English language and have friends who take History. We are all constantly writing essays etc. My friends who take History, say there is loads to remember too. Having said that, I think they are interesting subjects.
Generally, as long as you put the work in, they are subjects which are more likely to get you higher grades

I did History and English Lit together for a while. They compliment each other really well but for me the work load was way too high (compared to that of my other subjects) and as soon as course work was required for History A2 I dropped English as I didn't think i'd be able to put enough effort in both courseworks.
