cashing in grades??? help ASAP?

In January I resat my Spanish exam, and I received a B. Today when I got my results my overall mark was a C. To get into my course at my chosen uni, I need a B in Spanish. However, at the bottom of my Statement of Provisional Results, it says; "If you had cashed in the following awards these are the grade(s) you would have received", it then says underneath:

"S 5752 AS SPANISH CASH-IN UNIFORM MARKS 151.00 GRADE B"

I had been told this had been cashed in. However I am unsure what this means? How can I cash this in? I am in desperate need of my B in Spanish as I require this grade to get a place at my uni choice as I fear the C in my Spanish will cause a decline.

It says my Uniform Marks: 275.00
