Examsolutions is a must for revision. One of the most useful parts as you approach your exams are the video workthroughs of past papers: http://www.examsolutions.net/a-level-maths-papers/Edexcel/index.php (as long as you're on Edexcel).

For a level maths I would recommend what people have already said.

Examsolution is really good and maths247 is as well.

There are quite a few videos on YouTube which explain proofs really well.

Also try checking out mathtutor. It's an American based video series about maths and it helps a lot but it does come with a price tag.

The books endorsed by exam boards aren't too bad if you're fairly competent with your basics.

I just found out that TSR has their own page on this: http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/wiki/Maths_Websites
I feel a little guilty for not looking hard enough for these resources the first time round. There are actually quite a lot out there.
