ive always had an ambition to move to the states, after i finish uni in 4 years time. just want an early plan to make room for changes ect.. (currently living in the uk)

just wanted to ask a few questions :

i was wondering whats the economy like? in the uk you have tax payers, benefits ect.. how does tax work in usa? how much money does the american government take from a salary?

also i have a uk drivers licence, how to obtain an american one? do i need to take another test?

might sounds dumb but is there housing mortgages? car insurance?

    just some light questions

is there anything like road tax for vehicles, MOT?

thanks. (you can probably guess, ive never been to america before) if i think of any more questions i will add them (dont wanna sound annoying or bossy, just want some help from someone that knows or has an idea at least)

    thanks for reading this!

You need to be worrying about the visa issue, they're not easy to get and you sure as hell don't move there with any old degree and no work experience.

You can't just "move" there, it's actually extremely difficult. You can't just apply for a visa and bam you can live there forever...
