    I really want to go to the college of law now called the university of law unfortunately i got a ccd and,i needed an abb. My friend got in with ccd but he also had a welsh bacc qualification. Now they are saying no in clearing however last year they were clearing until october. Where do i go from here?

    Retakes or a change of course. How long they were in clearing for last year has no bearing on anything. There is a cap on how many applicants they can take with lower than ABB and when that is reached, there can be no more. You are below what they want and you will either have to resit or consider somewhere else. Have you looked at foundation degrees? In such a competitive field as law, however, you need to question the likelihood of success with lower qualifications, harsh as that may sound to you,

    It doesn't matter than they were in Clearing last year until October. They're not in Clearing now so you won't get in. It changes every year. Your options are apply for different courses that will accept lower grades, or consider retaking.
