    I haven't received my music BTEC dip results yet, is that normal as of now?
    I got an email from the uni I've applied to saying that they have my BTEC subsidiary diploma but not my BTEC diploma?? so I'm just wondering whats going on??

    I've tried ringing to no avail, I have also just emailed my lecturer.

    You'll just have to keep persevering. I'm sure they're far too busy to be online, but keep ringing and try to go in if you can. They're the ones who have to advise you on this particular situation.

    I just went to my college and got the results

    well I've just managed to get through they must have been quite busy.. turns out it could take up to six weeks to get my certificates in the post… she nearly left it at that until i explained i needed them for uni.. there gonna ring me back when the guy in charge of BTECs comes in.. the thing is all my friend that was on the same course as me is in the exact same position...

    You do not need your certificates, you need your results

    These are 2 totally different things

    Your school should know what you achieved - they submit results and the board verify them

    Universities are usually fine with an emailed scan of the results letter.
