I've been accepted at Wolverhampton University to study Criminology (+ Criminal Justice) and I feel so depressed
I really regret choosing Wolves now as my firm choice as I recently changed my mind and wanted to go to Coventry instead (which was my insurance choice). So I phoned up Coventry yesterday and they told me that all the places for Criminology had been filled up
Now my parents have said to make the most with my place at Wolves now as I have nowhere else to go. I know Coventry isn't a world beater but Wolverhampton seems like a much less regarded uni.
Will attending a weak university hinder my career prospects in the future? It's likely that employers will look at those who have attended better unis instead of me right?
Can you still hope to have a good career by going to a lesser uni? Watch

My step mum went to Wolverhampton and she is now a clinical psychologist, in line to become a consultant soon.
