So basically I've applied for Computer Science for degree at Cardiff University.
I'm required to gain a GCSE Maths grade C, however my question is that if I have missed this requirement slightly such as by one module or so, am I able to negotiate this at this Uni? Such as resit it as soon as possible elsewhere whilst being on the CS course?
Note that I've met all my A Level requirements and went beyond them slightly with A*A*AB.
University of West England has also accepted me, when they've also had the GCSE Maths requirement, even though I haven't received the grade for yet.
Am I able to resit GCSE whilst in Uni? Watch

I think if it's a part of your condition to get the C and you fail to do so, then it is unlikely they will allow you onto the course while resitting it again. I guess it's worth getting in contact with them when you get the results if the offer is still conditional.

Unfortunately, GCSE requirements are often "hard" requirements, meaning if you miss them, there is little room for negotiation. However, if any of your A levels involved a maths element, you might be able to use this to prove you could cope with the maths on the course. Given your excellent A levels, is it really likely you missed the grade C?
Theoretically, it might be possible to resit a GCSE whilst at university. Unlike with A levels, the exams are less likely to clash. As an alternative, the university may possibly ask you to sit a maths entrance exam.
