To do medicine, you'll need chemistry. Almost all applicants for those degrees will have at least 4 ASs. It's perfectly possible to get into law with all sciences, so add chemistry to your choices and they're fine.

Did 2 modules of Maths AS this year, so I'll be finishing off Maths AS and F. Maths AS in one option block.

And then: Spanish, English Lit., Economics, Physics, Critical Thinking

I was hoping that was it, but my mum's forcing AS Chinese upon me too. Can't wait.

Yuuummmmm.... specializing. I've done eleven years of subjects I hate, and finally I can do all the fun stuff (my school wouldn't let me do english too - to be fair that would have probably pushed me to lower module results... Guess they know what's best).

    Hi,

    Yesterday I chose my subjects.

I chose ICT- this is what I want my career in

    French- I kinda enjoy it

I also took sociology and psychology. + spanish nvq as enrichment + general studies in yr13

do you think I should change to add a more 'traditional' subject into it. I would like to do eng. language but the teacher is crap and everybody fails, even though some do loads of independant work the teacher is not there to provide the basics.

Im not one of those people who take easy subjects just to get onto something ie someone wanting to do medicine takes one science and 3 other easier ones just so they get the required points etc.

I dont really want to mess the teacher around again but..... I dont know whether to do english lang or not- i dont mind english and im quite good at it- the only problem is I dont want people saying "oh youre just taking the easy ones ect"
