I'm doing 5, already have one and may do AS Additional Further Maths and/or critical thinking (in year 13 we have 2 hours a week of madatory "enrichment", CT AS is one of the options for it). So I'm doing 6 minimum going up to 8. I win.

I'll believe it when I see your results slip. Until then, I maintain that I am the winner. :p:

I'll believe it when you tell me what a Welsh Baccalaureate is and why it is equivalent to an A level. Then you can be winner until I get the results slip.

It is a special initiative within Wales for the nation's most talented students. Only those who receive a score of 98% on the WAIT (Welsh Academic Intelligence Test) can take the course. And it is worth 120 UCAS points, equivalent to an A at A Level... :p:

Hey hey, stop being so petty :p: harr, which A levels are you doing?

I'll be doing 6 As levels too, but only 4 of them would be proper ones so that doesn't make me that special. :p:

You are special because of your certificate collection... and because you are such a nice person.

Hey hey, stop being so petty :p: harr, which A levels are you doing?
Tbh mine probably aren't worth 6, but I still do get 6 separate AS levels. I'm going to do Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (not very vaired, but I hate all other subjects) and last year I did Science (so basically it was the same as sections from the Physics, Chemistry and Biology ASs, with a bit of A2 in too). Top set science at my school does the Science GCSEs a year early then does AS Science in year 11, giving some variety to people dropping all the sciences and helping those keeping some for A level by covering some of the material. So really it's only 5 ASs worth of work.

They let 98th percentile people do it? How common. :p:
