Okay so I studied AS physics, AS maths, AS chemistry AS electronics, and i got B C C B respectively. I know they don't sound great, but in each of the C's, i was 1 or 3 marks off the B so obviously i'll resit to get that up to 4 B's, my question is, the course i want to do requires an A in chemistry, and then 2 B's in maths and another science, which will be physics seeing as i'm dropping electronics. Do these grades look okay for me to apply without having to take a year out once i've finished college to bump up my grades, or will Uni's more than likely not conisder it?

They're fine, particularly as it's your AS year, and it also depends on which universities you are thinking of applying to and for what corse. Your predicted grades and what your teachers think you are capable of achieving will hold more weight on your actual UCAS application.

What about remarks? You're very close to the B.

Hey. I was 6UMS off a B in one of my exams. Do you think it's worth a remark, or just retaking? I obtained 1 mark off an A and then a D in the other exam.

My fault for not revising though but do you think it's worth it?

Well personally, in the exams I'm very close to the next grade I'm asking for them back so my teacher for that subject can see it and tell me if it's worth it.
