Hello all, I'm having an upcoming interview with PwC and they have this competency about Courage and Integrity. Basically I'm preparing for questions such as:
-Tell me about a time when you had to voice your concern about a colleague?
Now I have raised my concern in the workplace before, but it was about a procedure and has never been about a colleague, so I'm worried that I might have to make this up on the spot if I was asked.
I'm also thinking about asking the interviewer that since I've never voiced my concern about anyone before, I could give him/her a time when I've questioned a procedure instead? Since the competency being tested is pretty much the same. But I'm not sure if it would be wise talking back to the interviewer like that at all.
I would very much appreciate it if anyone has any thought on this issue. Thank you!
Have you got yours?
