    Hi everyone,
I re-sat both AQA Psychology AS papers in the Summer and got an A in both, as well as the Edexcel synoptic paper, which I got a B in.
So I got a B grade for Psychology overall.
I just looked at the grade boundaries and I was 1 UMS away from getting an A. My tutor told me not to bother with a re-mark, since I got a place at my firm, but I was just wondering if anyone else thinks it's worth a remark?

Only remark if you're confident you should get higher. Because be aware, your score could potentially go down with the remark.

But if you got the place at your firm, why would you bother paying for it to be reconsidered? Aha, if this is about pride, its really up to you :P

If you're unlucky, you could lose marks in your remark.
I would just move on and be happy that you have a place at your firm.

you should go for it, 1 it could help you with post grad courses potentially, 2 if you find that 1 ums mark then the remark will be free because you went up a grade and it was their mistake, and 3 its next to impossible ull go down a grade due, they wont have cocked up in the marking so much that you were marked an extra 20 points.

Might as well, otherwise ull always look at it and think of what could have been.

Just do it, you have nothing to lose apart from £40ish and you can say 'I have an A' instead of 'I was 1 UMS off an A'
