I got with my girlfriend during my A levels we are now going to do the same degree and I think I might be rushing into a relationship. Especially when she tries to control me (not letting me go out with my friends for a night out, not letting me talk to my female best friends), she really doesn't trust me either especially after she kissed another man. (I haven't done that she did it!) I am so scared that having her with me will just force me to do things I don't want to! I went out on my own with my mates a few nights ago now and it was really nice and I felt like I wasn't being watched or told what i can and can't do! And I could catch up with old friends without her interrupting and pulling me away.

I really love her but I just don't know what to do...............

Put your foot down before her behaviour gets out of hand. I mean, does she do these things, nights out, have guy friends etc? If so, point out the hypocrisy.

She sounds like a terrible girlfriend. Sorry if that sounds a little rough but by what you've said, that's really how it comes across. She isn't worth your time, find a nice girl at university who will let you be yourself.

Hmmmmmmmm, I might have to put my foot down. All my friends said how happier I looked without here nagging me or controlling me. But I don't want to just leave her because I really love her and she is really nice, she just gets jealous and controlling and it is annoying!
