    :eek4:!

My story is almost the same!

I caught a spider and put it in a small plastic see-through box. I tried feeding it raisins and orange but it wouldn't eat it so my sister got an ant from the garden and put it in.

At first they stayed away from eachother, but after about 5 minutes the spider and the ant started fighting! :eek2: Sweet Jesus, after that little fight the spider took off one of the ant's legs and started eating it !

I wanted to let it go but my sister wouldn't let me :bawling: So I had to go somewhere for the day and when I got back I saw the ant was dead and didn't have any more legs. The spider is still captive though for being so evil.. *****.

I got another spider and put it in an identical box. Should I set them free, yet? They're so tiny.
You see mine is a whopping house spider so an ant wouldn't really do much for it. But i'm on the look out for one of those spindly daddy-long-legs type spiders. Because according to my dad, who is usually right about these things (though it seems surprsing to me) they kill and eat house spiders.

I need to test this theory.
