So I only got a C in computing AS and I want to do a degree in computer science.

I didn't get a C because I find the subject hard or anything I just didn't put in the effort.

I know I can get predicted AAB and get the grades but I'm just wondering if there's any point in applying to universities like Nottingham with a C in computing?

Will the prediction of at least a B in computing override it or will I not be taken seriously?

I don't know what the computing a level involves so I can't really help you with that but I do know that pretty much all universities won't require computing and the better uni's will often require maths instead. Although I got into Nottingham without maths but I did physics which shows the use of maths. So go ahead I think my predictions were lower than AAB and I still got an offer.
