I originally applied for Religious Studies at Chester (BCC) but upon receiving my results I got AAB!!!
I got 99/100 in my recent Sociology paper and it's a subject I do really enjoy (people and the way they live in general interest me), so I feel like this is what I'm best off studying.
I'm just so stuck as to where I should be thinking about phoning? I actually went down to The University of Sussex today and can't say I was a big fan- I don't find London to be a very nice place and Brighton it's self at night was something of a horror movie- I'd already seen two drunk fights and a woman peeing in the street before I'd even got off the coach.
I want somewhere friendly yet academically challenging at the same time. Preferably as far AWAY from London as possible (I'm from Bradford and I can't deal with it).
So basically where's good for sociology?
AAB- trying for Sociology through Adjustment, wheres worth looking? Watch

Congratulations on your results! I'm not too sure how the whole Adjustment thing works, but do recommend that you take a gap year and reapply in September if you are not successful. With AAB and wanting to do Sociology you can get into a good university, most Russell group unis offer Sociology for AAB-ABB. Maybe have a look at universities like Bath, Manchester, Sheffield and Exeter - all quite far from London and apparently have good Sociology departments. Good luck

I think Bath is quite good for sociology and they're asking for AAB - BBB - places still available, apparently!
