I'm a Hong Kong local and did my A levels non-Jupas... I'm thinking of applying for their University of London LLB international programme however I have scored low on my A levels though I meet the entrance requirement that is two passes in A levels, I got a C in psychology and a D in Maths... and I have scored at least 3 B's in my O levels... they asked for at least 3 C's... so do I stand any chance in that University? Should I apply?

Well you just said you meet the entrance requirements.. ring up or email them and ask, the worst they can do is say no.

Well, yeah, but we all know meeting the entrance requirements would not necessarily grantee you a place in a University :/
And they would gladly ask me to apply if I rang them or e-mail them, but eh.

No, but not calling them guarantees you won't get a place.

Yeah, I get your point. Thanks for helping me out... Though do you believe a university will actually notify me the chances of being accepted into their university? That would be grand if it is so, especially since they are actually asking me to pay them a whole year of tuition fee along with my application on their site which is over 30 000 Hong Kong dollars. So yeah... hope you get the point.

You're going through clearing so there's a good chance they'll tell you over the phone if they'll let you in if you call them. That's how it generally works here.
