Engineering Mechanics-Equilibrium of Non-concurrent forces Watch

Can you guys do me a favor?
Well, I need help for my Mechanics assignment. The topic is about the Equilibrium of Non-concurrent forces.

Here's the problem:

The mass of the oil drum when full is 300 kg.with mass center at G. Calculate the vertical force P required to maintain equilibrium of the drum and dolly in the position shown. The mass of the dolly maybe neglected compared with that of the drum.

Firstly, what's the pivot about which the drum and dolly would rotate?

Then take moments about that point. You only have two forces to deal with, the weight of the drum, and P, and they're both acting vertically.

Just equate the moment of the weight of the drum to the moment of the force P. Moments taken about the point of contact of the wheel with the ground.
