Somehow, I managed to get into my course for Law (needing ABB) with the grades B (Law) B (History), C (Use of Maths) and a B in General Studies

I was reasonably close to going up a grade with General Studies, Law and Use of Maths though (4 marks, 5 marks and 2 marks).

Whats worrying me is that with these relatively low A Level grades (which I am rather disappointed by - History and Law were both let down by only one exam - the Law one wasn't even my fault either) is that they could harm my chances in the graduate job market.

Does anyone know if many graduate schemes in Law would turn me down based on A Levels should I get a decent Degree? (I know I only got a B overall in A Level Law, and its different from learning Law at degree level, but I got three A's in Units 1, 3 and 4 with a low C in unit 2 due to not being taught any of it - so I suppose it looks like I have at least some aptitude for the law? Hopefully).

Should I consider taking a gap year to resit the two exams hindering Law and History and also take the time to get experience in the Legal Sector? Or should I go to university now since I have been accepted?

Any advice would be soundly appreciated (and sorry if this is in the wrong place, I wasn't sure where to post it).
