    Hi, I need someone's help really bad because I don't know what to do!

    What it is,


    My mum sadly passed away a month ago and I need to change the finance stuff, iv rang student finance and there no help. Iv sent a death certificate off and yet still no help? I start back my course in September ad I still haven't sort out my student finance? Can anyone suggest what I have to do! Please someone help me?
