How long will it take for my scar to fade? Watch

Hey, about a month ago, I got a massive spot under my skin below my mouth. This took about a month to almost fully heal after it burst etc. The wound wasn't very deep, but it was rather wide, about a cm across and a cm up, possibly 2 across. Now the wound hasn't fully healed, but it is really close (it's a fraction of its original size) and the skin has healed around it, being pinky/red.

I was wondering how long it will take for this too fade? I start uni in a month, and would love for it too be gone for then because I'm obviously rather self conscious about it, although I'm not holding out much hope. Also has anyone got any tips so that I could make it fade faster? I put some cocoa butter on it a few times a day already. Thanks!
