I work with a girl who is older than me (6/7 years) overtime I have grown too really like her, when I'm not with her I'm analyzing the days events to try and convince myself she likes me back, when she turns to talk to another colleague I have caught her staring, but not smiling just a plain face, I don't know what that means I'm in an awkward situation, because she is at a higher level than me in work, and would a girl older than me really go for a guy younger than her  I dont know what to do, its on my mind alot!
    Thanks.

The look is one every woman does, its a could i be with this guy, what would my friends and family think. So your in with a chance she is just thinking whether or not a relationship with you is viable or not so if i was you i would keep doing what your doing :-) cause it seem like she likes you.
