I sleep for around 7 hours, and I feel fine with just that. I go to bed around 11 or 11:30, but on weekends it's usually past midnight. x

I usually go to bed around 12 and get up at 8, and sleep for half an hour in the day at around 4 in the afternoon too.

It depends usually between 10.30 and 12, occasionally I stay up until 1 or 2. Then I wake about 8.30 to 9. Not sleeping well atm though.

I enter a deep slumber: 8-9 hours is my average. Can drop to 7-and-a-half hours if I need to drag myself out of bed for school. I'm usually in bed by 12.

8 hours - trying to sleep less.

I sleep about 12am. I should really be sleeping earlier.

6-10 hours on average, 5 and a half bare minimum!
Roughly 3am go to bed, and up around 11am/12noon. At uni I timed it as 1st Lecture - 2 hours as getting up and 1st Lecture - 7 and a half hours (AT LEAST) for going to bed.

On weekdays during term-time I usually go to bed between 1-2am and wake up between 7-7:30am, unless I go out in which case I'm usually in bed by 4am.
