I get my GCSE results on the 22nd of August, and that's basically when I have to enrol into 6th form. My problem is, I am unsure on what to take - I was thinking definitely Music and Music Tech.. and Business and Art? but when I finish 6th form I am hoping to get an apprenticeship in my school to do Teaching and Learning.. and hopefully go off and get a degree in this.. would you say those a levels I have considered are a bad choice for this?

Considering you are looking for an apprenticeship they're fine. High ranking universities consider Music Tech and Business Studies and even Art sometimes as 'soft subjects'. It all depends on what you want to do at uni/apprenticeships and if it is teaching then check out apprenticeship schemes. If you go university and study education or teaching I assume an essay based subject or social science ie english psychology sociology could be desirable. At the end of the day choose subjects you love as you will do best at those subjects if you work hard too! Good luck

Ever thought about maybe an AS in maths or English?
Even a science perhaps but usually required.

Thank You both for replying. I have considered doing English, just have to wait on what my results show for English Lit. I will keep both of your advice in mind.. Thanks
