    Hey everyone,

Got my AS grades yesterday through the post, I looked at them but in my eyes they aren't good enough especially since I messed up maths. Here are my grades:

    Chemistry-234B

    Biology-221B

    Maths-143D

I know, maths is no way near the standard it needs to be for optomentry but I'm gonna work my butt of next year to get it to an A but will be happy with a B.

My question is even though maths is really bad would unis still make me offers? I know I can just improve my grades and get in through clearing after A2 but I need that reassurance that there is an offer there for me if I got the grades and not need that final rush to get the place with clearing as there is no guarantee I'm going to get a place.

If this helps here is the following universities I may want to go:
    (Order of preference)

    Aston
    Bradford
    Anglia Ruskin

    Thanks you for any replies.

I got an AAA offer with AS grade of ABBD - the D didn't seem to deter the Uni's I applied to! Hope this helps!
