Results Problems Watch

    Hello all

So results day rolls around and I find that my two exams in January for both Maths (AQA) and ICT (OCR) were not 'cached' in meaning that my overall grade was not improved as the results weren't included. So I call up my Firm, who have offered me an Unconditional Changed Course Offer on UCAS, they say that this is no problem and I can just cache my results though the exam boards and get the actual results to them by Sept 2nd.

But I first need to accept the Changed Course Offer on UCAS by the 20th of August. This is the problem. I can't do anything on UCAS as it's still waiting for my reply from my insurance. I can't call them today as the switchboard isn't open, so I have to call them tomorrow but what if they don't release me in time? Will they be able to release me instantly?

Also, how do I actually go about getting my results cached? I only need to cache one exam result to each of Maths and ICT which will improve my overall A2 grade in each to an A and B respectively.

I have been an external student this year, hence only doing 3 exams.
