Need help to choose between IGCSE ESL and IELTS

Hi guys

As I said in the topic, all I need is to pass a test of proficiency in English language to get into university. In fact, there is a lot of tests accepted by my interested university, but those two things are the most comfortable to take in my country.

What do you think about them?

IGCSE English as a second language AT GRADE C OR ABOVE
OR
IELTS (Academic) 6.0 with a minimum score of 5.5 in each part

Could you guys please tell me which is easier? or any advice?

(Actually, I'm worried about speaking test more than other tests)
