Has anyone set up a guest account on the student union? I don't. Know my username or password yet, where can you find your student ID number? It's not my UCAS one

It should be on any correspondents that your chosen uni has sent you; if still you cannot find it, contact your chosen uni and I'm sure they will be able to help :smile:

Just register a normal guest account without the student ID and you'll be fine.
Student ID is usually included when you email the university about something.
