job interview question kingswood

hi
im going for an assesment weekend and interview at kingswood activity centres next week.
my friend had an interview there and told me what some of the questions were, im ok with most of them but these ones really stumped me:

what motivates children?

if you were doing go-karting & it was your 4th session & raining how would you make it as fun as your first session?

a time when you got angry and how you dealt with the situation?
I really cant think of a time because i dont get angry easily-i suppose i should make something up!

any help appreciated!

what motivates children - praise, or reward, for example, soon its mothers day and they know there mum will be really pleased with them if they make an especially good card, so they spend a long time making it as good as they can. and they like to know that they can get really good at something ie the strongest at arm wreastles or the fastest at running so they like to be told they are good at stuff.
tell them they have to gocart with a cup of water on there head. it doesnt matter if it falls of and they get wet because its raining. then they all race around, and the person with the most water left in there cup gets a prize. make it into a game because they forget its raining.

cant help with the angry thing i dont get angry either..
