Its all down to your genes sadly, i can loose weight from everywhere but my thighs. My thighs and chest area seems to be a magnet for those extra cals or any lack of exercise.

I might be wrong ofc, but i dont think you can control where it goes or you loose it from. Although the more weight you put on you should start seeing the other areas filling out too.
i know the reverse, that some herbs break down fat in areas like the thigh, but i don't know if that wud make you put it somewhere else!
