Engineering at Cambridge?

GCSEs:

Maths (IGCSE): A*
Chemistry: A*
Physics: A*
Geography: A*
DT Electronics: A*
French: A*
English Language: A
English Literature: A
Classical Civilisation: A
Biology: A

FSMQ (Additional Mathematics): A

I also have the Arkwright Scholarship (Engineering scholarship, ~300 people in the country per year)

Do you think I would stand a chance at getting in to Cambridge if I get good results for my A Levels (Systems and Control, Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry(AS only))?

Thanks!

Nope you have absolutely no chance, you don't meet the GCSE requirements of 12+ A*. I'm sorry. :frown:

I was kind of looking for serious answers. I mean, does anyone know what most budding engineers achieve before heading to Cambridge?

For engineering at Cambridge, your AS UMS results will be the most important. your GCSEs are more than good enough. From then on, it's how well you do in your interview.
