Mmm stubble = sexy. But not when you actually have to touch them, then stubble = ouch.

Hmm. Well, it depends on the guy to a large extent. As a general rule I prefer clean shaven men because too many guys go for the whole stubble thing and just look scruffy. It doesn't suit 'pretty boys' who seem to have taken on the fad.
I think it looks better when its just - natural - say a guy you know whos normally clean shaven turns up one day having not shaved for a few days and has a bit of stubble, that can look quite cute. But if day after day he maintains it at that length for fashion then it looks a bit lame.
For boyfriends though it might be cute to go out in public with a bit of stubble but Id ask him to shave when we got home because stubble rash makes me look like a burns victim

I think it looks sexy, but gives you stubble rash if you come into contact with it for too long.

you could use beard trimmers for designer stubble, thats what alot of people use. Some electric shavers ave em, similar to hair trimmers if that makes any sense

oooh ilove stubble, however i suppose it does depend on the guy, but clean shaven guys tend to look a bit young

I'm always a bit confused when this Q comes up. My boyfriend has to shave CONSTANTLY or else he will grow a full beard in like a fricking week or something lol... But he can't be bothered shaving every day so he always has stubble. And I've never had a problem with like getting stubble rash?! Maybe some boys have softer hair there or something? I dunno. But uhm to answer the Q, stubble=sex.

if said designer stubble has been overly designed, then personally i think its lame. however a bit of facial hair on the right type of guy can look very hot, along the lines of tramp-chic so not crafted to perfection at all, more just a bit rough and unkempt. but i like clean shaven guys just as muchh.. :]

On the topic of stubble rash, I got it the first time I went out with my boyfriend...but not since...even though he's always got stubble as he cba with shaving very often :P
