income assessed?? yes or no?

so here's the thing, I have had the declaration letter which states Im only entitled to the minimum of finance. I have been trying to get household income assessed. I need this to happen! I have had a lot of trouble doing so. 2 weeks ago I finally got hold of my fathers P60 and sent it in with 2 other documents. when I phoned up Student Finance, they said that they had received the 2 other documents but haven't got the p60! How?? Now Im waiting for another p60.. am I still okay to send it in or am I too late?? thanks x
