Masters linking technology (IT) and management

Hi Forum Users,

I am keen on doing my masters studies from outside India soon.

My previous qualifications are as -

Study - Bachelor's of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering
Work Ex - 4 years in IT companies (Production Support) in Oracle and UNIX.

I want to go for a 1 year MS course that could link between technology and management filed as I don't want to do MBA and go into pure management field (I want to be related to technology while advancing in my career).
Post masters I would want to land in a job with technical management stuff rather than pure management.

The courses that I've found till now from my initial investigation are -
MS in Information Management
MS in Information Technology
MS in Information Systems
Technology Management.

Please can you suggest some good MS courses related to my requirement ?

What would be the job roles that I'll be getting after completing such kind of course keeping in mind my previous IT exp.

I just wanted to make sure that I shouldn't land in software developer kind of role as this is what I am doing right now.
