Can't get student loan, need advice please

Hi, hope I'm posting this in the right place. Apologies if not

I'm 31 years old and have signed up for a college course which starts tomorrow, as it's a level 6 course I've been informed this morning by someone I spoke to at SAAS that I won't receive any funding from them and will need to apply for it tomorrow after enrolling at college. I do have an email from the course manager saying something similar "This is full-time study although because it is college based you can apply for bursary funding from the college rather than SAAS"

Do any of you have experience with this, can you let me know what kind of grant or bursary I'm likely to receive. Really concerned it won't be enough to live off until I hopefully pick up a part time job somewhere currently I'm on ESA which I have to stop claiming if I go ahead with the course as far as I know. They're closed today but checked the website and it says ESA claimants can only go into full time education and continue claiming if they have DLA or are on contribution based ESA, neither of which cover me.
