The best revision tip i have - which ive been doing is
1) do summary cards for all of the cases - but more law detail than case facts on them cos thats wat gets you marks.
2)For each topic do summary paragraphs and read and read, then re-write and get someone to test you by simply reciting the summary's.

Poor person who is testing tho, im my case its my mum - she should get and A level in law as well as me

haha yeah I've got my mum doing that too! She get's her actus reus and men rea's confused sometimes but it's all good! She was helping me with psychology too and ended up knowing bits that i'd forgot and reminding me of them, I ended up remembering the order of an important paragraph in my psychology essay in the exam by thinking of the funny actions she did to make me remember it! it's really helpful having someone else share the brain ache!

aww lol at billinghurst as a theorist!! I get law mixed up with law sometimes, i.e. miller for morris but I seem to be ok keeping psych and law separate lol, up to now anyway.. not sure if I'll be able to keep that up on wednesday when I have psychology AND law one after the other  !
