Yeah, don't do up the top button unless you want to look like a complete bellend, as outlined in the video below. I suppose you could wear a vest underneath, not sure why you'd want to though.

My mum doesn’t let me go until I button polo shirt to the top. I don’t like it much, but I leave it like this until I go to bed. I think it’s ok.
