Anyhoo, I am currently going through the faze of wanting long hair so I am growing it. Any tips on how to minimise how crap the "in-between" stage looks?

I found it funny. What do you want us to say? "Just rub on some of this cream, your hair will look amazing"? Either hide yourself, hide the hair, comb it how you like it, or don't bother growing it.
