polymers containing nitrogen

I have this question I couldnt answer, I have the mark scheme but doesnt specify, other than not protein or haemoglobin!

"Name two polymers present in mammals and fish that contain nitrogen"

i don't think urea is a polymer, as its made from an amine, & carbon dioxide in the ornithine cycle

isnt it just Protein and DNA? The amine group of protein contains nitrogen and the polynucleotide of DNA contains a nitrogenous base in each group.

The mark scheme gives two marks, but says "only award one mark for same set eg proteins/haemoglobin" Does that mean you arent allowed to say protien and haemogolobin? or not allowed to say two different kids of protein?!
Bit confusing for only two marks!
