Hey,
Its come to my attention (due to it being pointed out by friends) that i eat extremely unhealthily, for instance the last 2 days i have eaten :
Friday:
Cereal
2 pieces of fruit
nuts
pizza stick
mini milk
cookie
kit kat
alpen bar
choccie biscuit
Pretzels
+too much alcohol (cider, beer, vodka etc)
Saturday:
Bacon baquette
Chocolate cake
cheese salad baquette
more chocolate cake
cookies (really big ones!)
cheese sandwich
ice cream
Pimms and lemonade
Would you call my diet unhealthy? I'm 5ft 4 and about 7 stone 9, i'm very active but i guess i dont really do the whole 'meals' thing properly, i dunno
I need tips on how to improve tho! I love my ice cream and chocolate and cookies and i have to eat that everyday, i also drink too much but cant really cut that out? Any advice?
