Really unhealthy diet??

Hey,

Its come to my attention (due to it being pointed out by friends) that i eat extremely unhealthily, for instance the last 2 days i have eaten :

Friday:
Cereal
2 pieces of fruit
nuts
pizza stick
mini milk
cookie
kit kat
alpen bar
choccie biscuit
Pretzels
+too much alcohol (cider, beer, vodka etc)

Saturday:
Bacon baquette
Chocolate cake
cheese salad baquette
more chocolate cake
cookies (really big ones!)
cheese sandwich
ice cream
Pimms and lemonade

Would you call my diet unhealthy? I'm 5ft 4 and about 7 stone 9, i'm very active but i guess i dont really do the whole 'meals' thing properly, i dunno
I need tips on how to improve tho! I love my ice cream and chocolate and cookies and i have to eat that everyday, i also drink too much but cant really cut that out? Any advice?

Lol... I sometimes eat like that, and then dread to actually recall what I've eaten! I'm only 7stone 5 too... Some people just have a faster metabolism and so don't put on the weight. If you're worried then cut out some of the choc and booze and eat more fruit and veg!

I swear there is no-one who isn't in the 7s.
I used to be 7.11, and then I put on a few lbs and they dont shift anymore. Maybe because I upped the excercise so much or some crap.

Of course you can give up/reduce those things. It's called WILLPOWER. Also proper vegetables and protein.

well, it depends really on how tall u are doesnt it :rolleyes: I for one am not in the 7s.
i'd replace a load of the snacks with a proper evening meal. make sure you're getting enough protein/fruit and veg. theres nothin wrong with a few snacks if your'e quite active

I hope that's just on tsr, I think people (or at least the ones that talk about their weight) are pretty thin on here- or lying because, why not noone can see you!
Out of my friends, most of whom are slim or skinny I don't think any of them are under 8 stone- and unless you're shorter than about 5'4" under 8 stone is clinically underweight and definately not 'the norm'. I know it won't make you feel better but it will disprove your suspicion that being over 8 stone is heavy- I'm 10 stone! My god and people still allow me to walk down the street without throwing stones! I do hate it and I'm trying to lose weight but I'm aiming at best for 8 1/2 stone.
